University of the Pacific

The University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry is a nationally renowned institution of higher learning committed to providing a world-class dental education to its students, as well as comprehensive, affordable patient care for adults and children in a humanistic environment. Visitors are known to travel far and wide in order to see the newest technologies being implemented by its staff. RSM Design wanted to convey a fresh new look for the University by creating clean, strong environmental graphics with fun and playful pops of color. RSM Design developed a color palette that is inviting and non-threatening, to ease anxiety that is traditionally associated with dental offices.

Staying true to the school's innovative style and vision, RSM Design complemented the University's cutting edge technology with powerful graphics that clearly communicate to a wide range of consumers who speak a variety of languages. RSM Design wanted visitors to associate an acute attention to detail with the practice of dentistry and took that into account when addressing all facets of this project. Additionally, the high-end facility and impressive state-of-the-art technology were funded thanks to groups of generous donors, and RSM Design took on the challenge of working with the University to honor these pivotal sponsors.
