Client Work and Third-Party Marks

Their display on the Site is for portfolio and informational purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or license by or from RSM Design, the client, or the rights holder, unless expressly stated.

No Client Relationship

An engagement with RSM Design is formed only through a separate, mutually signed written agreement setting out the scope, fees, and terms of the work.

Unsolicited Submissions

The arbitration will take place in Orange County, California (or by videoconference, if agreed), and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and RSM Design each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
