Seaport Village

RSM Design worked with Portea, Gafcon and Port of San Diego teams to revitalize the waterfront retail destination to appeal to locals and tourists. We created a new overall vision and brand for the project that references the history of Seaport Village while looking to the future forward looking development on the horizon. The teams desire for architectural paint enhancements led RSM Design to create an overarching strategy for the repainting of the buildings to create a fresh cohesive look and bring the project up to date. The new logo was then designed into a new signage identity and wayfinding system that reflects the eclectic and handcrafted style of the project, while adding elements to increase the navigation through the iconic destination.
