A brand inspired by the industry that built a community.

When RSM Design joined the project, Staybolt Street in Mansfield had no defined character or architectural style—just the promise of a stadium-anchored entertainment district with the potential to bring people together. The goal was to create a place that brought joy, excitement, and the best in food, events, and entertainment to families, friends, and fans across the south metroplex. Staybolt Street emerged as a destination where first-in-market retail brands mingle with a curated community of local chefs, serving fresh takes on fast-casual and fine dining, and where every visit—from a culinary adventure to a live event—could feel like a celebration.


Our approach was guided by two simple truths: that spirit is a feeling best shared, and that small-town charm can deliver big-time experiences. By blending cosmopolitan offerings with welcoming, open spaces, we created a district where ordinary days could transform into extraordinary moments. Using AI tools, we brought the brand, architecture, and landscape together in cohesive renderings, allowing the client team to see the vision fully realized and guide other consultants toward a single, unified plan. Every detail, from design to storytelling, was crafted to capture the classic tone and charm that make Staybolt Street a place people love to be.

NAMING STAYBOLT

RSM Design developed the naming for Staybolt Street, a mixed-use development whose identity draws from the industrial materials and working-class craft of its site's past — and carries that weight forward into something worth gathering around.
