Grand Park

RSM Design is partnering with the City of Frisco to develop a comprehensive wayfinding system for Grand Park, a sprawling greenspace in the heart of Frisco, Texas. Currently in Phase 1 of an eventual 1,000-acre, four-mile stretch, the park represents an exciting long-term vision for the community. Guided by the team’s four principles—Play, Explore, Discover, Connect—the signage invites visitors to engage with the park as an unfolding experience.

The “Frisco” railroad operated for 104 years across nine states, earning a beloved reputation for iconic locomotives, excellent passenger and freight service, and a vital role in America’s growth before merging with Burlington Northern in 1980.
