UnCommons

UnCommons is a contemporary retail and dining environment designed around a native desert landscape that has a unique suburban character that reflects the local Las Vegas area. The project is thoughtfully crafted for indoor/outdoor relaxation and engagement. Everything you need from retail stores to cafes and theater come together under the UnCommons Vision. RSM Design was invited to craft pedestrian and vehicular signage, parking structure graphic, branding, art and specialty graphic curation, and more.

AN UNCOMMON PLACE

UnCommons is Las Vegas’s newest mixed-use community. The development includes a food hall, retail vendors, office space, and even a collection of residential apartment homes. UnCommons is set on creating a place for people to live, work, rest, and dine, all in one place. UnCommons is a space for everyone: families, working professionals, foodies, creatives and couples.

A place for social connections and diverse eating options, making your day a little brighter. UnCommons is redefining office spaces from obligation to destination.

UNLIKELY PLACES

“Easter eggs” are scattered throughout UnCommons. Short phrases, uplifting quotes, and public art can be found in unlikely places spanning the development. UnCommons commissioned local artists to display their work on the blank exterior walls, and the streets within UnCommons are named after local heroes and leaders. Inside and out, UnCommons is driven by their values and their nearby community.
