ROOTED IN TEXAS, DESIGNED FOR COMMUNITY

RSM Design partnered with the City of Irving and Brookfield to elevate the district’s experience and expand its role as a cultural hub. Drawing inspiration from Irving’s heritage, we crafted a bold design language with unique graphics, murals, lighting, and textures that transform the district from day to night, creating energy that adapts for various events and activations. The central plaza was reimagined as a modern-day campfire—a place for connection, storytelling, and shared experiences, where local art, curated retail, and programming celebrate Irving’s culture.

DESIGNING MURALS WITH SOUTHERN FLAIR

By incorporating mural work onto plain buildings, RSM Design has transformed ordinary structures into vibrant expressions of the surrounding culture and community. Infusing art that reflects the identity and energy of a space strengthens the emotional connection between people and their environment. These murals not only enhance visual appeal but also serve as memorable landmarks that elevate the overall experience of the place.

A BOLD VISION FOR URBAN EXPERIENCES

RSM reimagined the parking garages as more than just functional spaces, integrating design elements that enhance the overall visitor experience. By implementing cohesive wayfinding signage and artful graphics, the garages became welcoming extensions of the entertainment complex. These enhancements not only improve navigation but also contribute to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere that defines the Toyota Music Factory.
