Embracing the water’s rhythm and community flow

Located in the heart of the Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, California, The Pools is an expansive 8-acre park and the latest amenity designed to enrich life for neighborhood residents. This thoughtfully planned destination features a junior Olympic pool, a family pool, a children’s pool, and three spas, creating a dynamic aquatic experience for all ages. Beyond the water, the park offers sand volleyball courts, general fitness areas, and a contemporary clubhouse, making it a true hub for wellness, recreation, and community gathering.

RSM Design partnered with FivePoint and the GPN team to bring the vision for The Pools to life through a comprehensive signage and placemaking program. The team developed refined, high-end identity and regulatory signage that complements the architectural character of the site while remaining warm and welcoming. In addition, RSM helped curate a series of artful moments throughout the park, designed to inspire discovery, spark curiosity, and celebrate the spirit of the outdoors in Southern California.
