The Farm

The Farm in Allen, which is located in the fastest growing area of the DFW metroplex, will be a 135 acre mixed use development built to serve the communities surrounding it. Collaborating with Omniplan Architects and landscape architects TBG, RSM Design was invited to envision and create a design system that will help turn the Johnson family farm into a thriving mixed-use environment. The vision harmonizes the agrarian small-town roots of the site with a contemporary urban center. RSM Design is crafting environmental graphics and placemaking for the outdoor areas to excite guests as they enter the space.
