RSM Design teamed with Frontier Real Estate Investments to develop the naming, logo, brand character and environmental graphic design for a dynamic new market hall with a mix of food and beverage tenants, a brewery, a bar, a flower shop and a tattoo parlor.
Rodeo 39 is becoming known as the street art gallery. At the entrace of this project are three large murals featured on the façade of the buildings. Inside there is a vibrant display of art on the demising walls between tenants and serve as showcases for local and international artists to display their work. The “Rodeo” name is intended to invoke the excitement and vibrancy that this project radiates, with “39” representing the location and state route number.
Inside of the market lives Bearded Tang Brewery, a soon-to-be local spot that RSM Design worked to develop the name, brand direction and logo, as well as environmental graphic design featuring interior finishes, wayfinding design and specialty graphics.
The exterior of the project features a series of bold, colorful murals that are meant to excite visitors as they enter the property. Designed and installed in house by RSM Design, the murals span over 2500 square feet of wallspace. When designing the signage and graphics for Rodeo 39, the team had to be creative on how they approached the project. With the Stanton city sign code being strict on size and quantity, the designers proposed using large wall mural installations as the primary wayfinding elements.
