Lido Marina Village Parking Structure

Lido Marina Village, located on Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, California, is a casual waterside retail and restaurant destination having recently undergone a complete revitalization. RSM Design worked with DJM Capital Partners and SMS Architects to reimagine the property as a high-end shopping and gathering destination for Orange County. The simple and casual branded environment contributed to a fresh aesthetic that guides visitors through the project. RSM Design used a nautical palette of high gloss teak wood with accents of polished brass to visually connect to the adjacent docks, boats, and harbor. A simple palette of black, white, and dark grey paint throughout the project creates a timeless seaside feel that compliments the architectural style.
