Creating a new year-round destination, this 70 acre entertainment development is located directly across from the Daytona International Speedway and will feature over a quarter million square feet of innovative retail, dining, theaters, and entertainment spaces, along with a hotel and residential units, as well as the world headquarters for the International Speedway Corporation (ISC), NASCAR, and Grand Am.

RSM Design’s racing enthusiasts had a dynamic palette of auto racing resources to chose from in creating the logo, identity program, wayfinding, and custom specialty graphics for the whole development. In addition to the environmental graphics program, the RSM Design team also worked closely with the development team and local community officials to create multiple unique opportunities for large-scale corporate sponsorship, revenue generating advertising throughout, and a variety of different approaches for tenant identity.
