Cadence Park is a thoughtfully designed public space within the larger Great Park Neighborhood in Irvine, California, an ever-evolving community known for its emphasis on innovation, livability, and connection. More than just a park, Cadence Park offers a dynamic mix of experiences, from peaceful rest areas and artistically curated installations to buildings dedicated to performing arts and community events. It serves as a cultural and social hub where residents can gather, explore, and engage with both the environment and one another.

RSM Design collaborated closely with the development team to enhance the park’s identity through signage and wayfinding elements that reflect its unique spirit. The design approach was rooted in modern aesthetics while incorporating playful, inviting touches that mirror the park’s vibrant energy. These graphic elements not only assist with navigation but also add to the visual character of the space, creating a cohesive experience that blends functionality with creativity and helps bring the vision of Cadence Park to life.

RSM Design worked alongside the development team, partnering with FivePoint Communities on wayfinding signage and environmental graphic design for the Great Park Neighborhoods, a residential community in Irvine, California. Each neighborhood and park received its own signage system, tied together by a unifying master plan that connects residents and visitors to the culture, history, art, and people that define the community.
