Welcome to the new town in town, Mayfair. Located in New Braunfels, Texas this friendly and welcoming town is situated between Austin and San Antonio on 1,900 acres with public parks, walking and hiking trails, single-family and apartment homes, a shopping and dining district, and an office district. RSM Design was approached by SouthStar Communities to develop a signage and wayfinding system to identify and navigate the town, neighborhoods, and amenities. Our team developed a family of signs that inhabited principles to create an iconic moment, showcase the charms of a small town, and is timeless. With a casual language and a modern take on small town, Mayfair welcomes you.
