Nestled amongst the suburban landscape of Frisco, the city meets a sudden sea of green, a place where bold color pops from amongst the shimmering canopied light of mother nature. TYPOGRAPHY

Featuring high contrast letterforms and an eclectic mix of sans and Latin-serif details, The Monarch logotype represents the modern sophistication present in the cultural lifestyles and upscale offerings of the building and wider Hall Park development.

The Monarch embodies a simple approach to balanced living.

RSM Design crafted stationery suite including business cards, note pads, note cards and envelopes. The designs feature a gold abstract butterfly pattern with variety of scales and applications. RSM Design crafted a leasing packet which includes a floorplan, business card, and leasing brochure. The leasing brochure highlights the lifestyle and living experience at the Monarch. RSM Design collaborated with the client on copywriting and storyboard of the document. The brochure highlighted details on location, amenities, services, and lifestyle at the residence.
