The West Quarter

A contemporary district for culture and community, West Quarter is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and is the new hub for urban life. With modern lofts and residential spaces, dining and rooftop bars, and a hotel with scenic city views, West Quarter is drawing in the next generation of urban dwellers. The project is also adjacent to Vivant Arena, Utah Jazz home court and concert venue. RSM Design, in collaboration with the entire development team, is currently creating signage and environmental graphics for West Quarter, including the residential portion known as The Charles. The design aesthetic brings a contemporary and sophisticated touch to downtown Salt Lake City.
