Career-minded and life-loving, The Martin is built around the history and culture of the Dogpatch, “a small town in a big city.” The Martin is a 92-apartment luxury residential building. It is designed with the entrepreneur, artist, and creative in mind. With eclectic touches and state of the art features, The Martin is named after the Martin Brothers Shipping Company which formerly occupied the project site, The Martin, offers unobstructed bay views, waterfront access, and close proximity to one of the nations strongest job markets, downtown San Francisco. RSM Design worked on interior and exterior signage and wayfinding design to enhance the overall residential experience.
