Located on Lake Ray Hubbard’s shore, Sapphire Bay is a $1 billion mixed development project that will become a unique waterfront destination where business, leisure, and entertainment harmonize to create a magical experience. RSM Design is collaborating with the entire development team to craft a strategic wayfinding signage and environmental graphic design program on the waterfront site.
