RSM Design collaborated with Festival Companies to reimagine the property as an art-infused, high-end retail destination that exudes sophistication and creativity. With a focus on elevating the brand, signage, and wayfinding, our team designed a cohesive visual experience that aligns with the world of luxury fashion. Drawing inspiration from bold artistic expressions, lipstick motifs, and golden accents, we crafted a striking identity that resonates with both tenants and visitors. The transformation was not just about aesthetics—it was about creating a pedestrian-friendly environment that invites exploration and engagement.

ELEVATING BRAND TO ELEVATE VALUE

The branding for the project was thoughtfully crafted to evoke a sense of high fashion, art, and elegance. Inspired by lipstick motifs, gold accents, and bold graphic patterns, the identity communicates a luxurious, fashion-forward atmosphere that sets the tone for the entire experience. This visual language not only elevated the property’s perception but also created a memorable brand presence that resonates with discerning tenants and visitors alike.

TEMPORARY TENANT ARTWORK

Custom illustrated fashion graphics on temporary barricades hinted at the refined experience to come, while the sculptural sunburst identity element served as a nod to the property’s artistic aspirations. Every detail was designed to enhance the property’s perception, attract prestigious tenants, and ultimately position it for future success.

WAYFINDING WITH AN ELEVATED EDGE

The architectural graphic design translated the River Oaks District brand’s high-end style into sculptural monuments, refined wayfinding, and elegant details that enhanced both navigation and ambiance.
