Farmhouse architecture and 
environmental graphics connect 
the community to its agricultural roots

RSM Design worked alongside Frontier Real Estate Investments to develop New Haven Marketplace, a shopping center in Ontario Ranch. The site pairs landscaping with farmhouse-inspired architecture, creating a space designed to welcome the surrounding community. RSM Design developed the environmental graphics and signage for the site, drawing on Ontario's history as an agricultural community. Every element was designed to feel specific to the place, not applied to it.


The graphics program connects New Haven Marketplace to the community it serves, reflecting the region's farming heritage in its materials and details. RSM Design approached the project as more than a retail destination, designing it to function as a gathering point for Ontario Ranch. The result is a shopping center that feels rooted in its surroundings. New Haven Marketplace is built to be the center of community life.
