USERS & ANCHOR DESTINATIONS
When considering the scale and diverse functions of a headquarters, the implementation of effective wayfinding solutions becomes a critical aspect of the overall design and user experience. The strategy requires thoughtful consideration of user needs, identification of anchor destinations, adaptability to changing functions, and the integration of technology. By addressing these aspects, the wayfinding system can contribute significantly to the overall functionality and positive experience within the headquarters space.
INCORPORATING NATURE
The headquarters includes a 2.5-acre park, a fenced dog run, and a playground for families. Part of RSM’s design efforts was to extend the wayfinding signage into the greenspace to engage visitors to learn more about the biodiversity on site, and foster a deeper connection between people and place.
