As a principal and lead of RSM Design’s Business Development department, Stephanie has committed herself for the last two and a half decades, immersing herself in all facets in the incredible breadth of RSM Design’s projects. From being the initial client point source, to proposal development and project team integration, Stephanie’s leadership and client interface are pivotal in stewarding strong client relationships, ensuring that the integrity of each project’s vision is achieved. 

Stephanie’s dual degrees in public relations and fine art are an ideal pair for RSM Design’s philosophy, enabling her to engage clients while also directing project design teams within the firm. Utilizing her strong relationships within the industry, Stephanie’s leadership facilitates great communication with clients to build the best possible projects for decades to come.
