The Residences at Sugar Alley offer high end, modern amenities including a resort style pool, state of the art gym, billiards room and more– making the destination one of the most desirable multifamily units in the city. RSM Design was invited to the development team to enhance the architecture through environmental graphics and signage.

BLENDING OF CONTEMPORARY & TRADITIONAL WITH A TOUCH OF INDUSTRIAL

RSM Design first began by exploring the vision for the design at Sugar Alley. There are strong relationships between architecture and environmental graphics create a sense of harmony and balance. Using addition through subtraction, a signage and wayfinding system is inspired by & integrated into the architecture of Sugar Alley.

CRAFTED INSPIRATION

Jewel inspired elements are paired with clean, sleek lines that enhance the luxurious experience of Sugar Alley. We incorporated gold accents, polished textures, classic typography, and refined angles all add up to a sophisticated environment.
