Terramor

Terramor is a master-planned residential community in Corona, California, set within 540 acres of preserved open space with sweeping views of the Santa Ana Mountains and frontage along the historic Butterfield Overland Stage Trail. The development comprises six distinct subdivisions, each built by a separate builder, presenting a unique challenge: creating a cohesive brand experience across multiple independently developed neighborhoods connected to surrounding trails and two public parks.

 
RSM Design partnered with developer Foremost to devise a wayfinding system that unified the community under a single brand vision while still distinguishing each builder’s presence, using color-coding to assign each builder a dedicated color and guide prospective buyers along a clear path from the sales center to model homes and lot locations. Working in close coordination with the marketing team on naming conventions and signage design, RSM Design delivered an integrated temporary wayfinding system tailored to the community’s phased sales rollout, ensuring a seamless and legible experience throughout the sales process.
