Terramor

Terramor is a residential community made up of six subdivisions, each with its own builder, but unified under a larger brand vision. RSM Design worked with the developer Foremost to create a bridge between the sales center and amenities for the builders to come on board. Each builder was assigned a color that was utilized to create a path from the sales center to the model home and the lot locations. Coordination with the marketing team for naming and signage design also created an integrated system of temporary wayfinding for the sales phases.
