NoMa Gateway

NoMa is a vibrant, growing neighborhood in Washington, D.C., centrally located near Capitol Hill and Downtown. As NoMa continues to grow, the city created a strategy to achieve the objective of a dazzling, connected neighborhood. The pillars of the strategy include enlivening vacant spaces, improving connections, supporting great parks, broadcasting NoMa’s benefits, and elevating the Business Improvement District core services. RSM Design was invited to the team to help materialize some of these objectives by creating a series of artistic and sculptural gateways to mark the boundaries of the district.
