Braniff Center

This unique project involves a sensitive transformation of the historic original home to Braniff International Airways at Love Field Airport in Dallas. The landmarked mid-century modern building is being transformed into a private aviation center, executive terminal, private hangars, reception space, office space, and retail. RSM Design has guided the mixed-use development team thru the branding, logo, identity, and clarity of the wayfinding process to design a comprehensive program that respects the origins of the site, the historic architecture, and the design-centric culture of the original Braniff Airways. The design looks both inwards and retrospectively to the site’s origins and looks forward to the future of the aviation industry and its strong commercial connections.
