Avenida 8, a shopping and leisure center in Sao Joao, Portugal was named a 2009 finalist for the ICSC European Shopping Center Award in the New Developments: Medium category. The European Shopping Center Award is the supreme award in European retail property, granted for both new and refurbished or extended projects. RSM Design worked with developer Sonae Sierra and Laguarda. Low Architects to develop the branding and comprehensive wayfinding program through out this exciting retail center.
