1700 Pavilion

1700 Pavilion is a Class-A office building located in Las Vegas, Nevada. 1700 Pavilion features ten-stories of office space, spanning 267,413 square feet. It sits across from the Las Vegas Ballpark, showcasing one-of-a-kind views of the entire valley, from The Strip to Red Rock Canyon. RSM Design implemented wayfinding signage throughout the interior and exterior of the building, as well as throughout the parking garage adjacent to the office building. The scope of wayfinding elements that RSM Design created included the monument sign, identifying the entrance to 1700 Pavilion’s sleek exterior.
