Andrea Guzman leads RSM Design’s Health & Wellness and Life Science Practice, focused on creating transformative and holistically human centered experiences. As a leader, Andrea takes great care to foster a collaborative and participatory design process. Her vast portfolio demonstrates a strong expertise in wayfinding master planning and strategy-research based work. She is passionate about bringing systems based thinking to planning and design solutions that emphasize a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach. 

Andrea has over 20 years of experience working with clients such as Kaiser Permanente, Dignity Health and UCLA Health in addition to many community based health systems and clinics.
