Through selective imagery, color, and typography the team crafted leasing and marketing materials that convey a unique story about the property.

The next property in the leasing kit is Westwood Village, which has an upbeat energy due to its urban and fast paced culture. The sketch-like style of the graphics in the leasing materials reflect the upbeat audience. In the coming years Westwood Village will connect to Greater Los Angeles with the future Metro line stop. As its demographic reach grows from UCLA campus, Westwood Business Core and neighboring cities, to now Greater Los Angeles – Westwood Village looks to reposition itself to be the next generation of dining and retail.
