Persea

Persea is North County’s new place for makers and doers, dreamers and creators to live. It is edgy, fun, a little bit quirky, and above all else, it’s home. RSM Design worked on the Naming, Vision, and Branding for this specially curated residential experience. With rich agricultural history, a booming beer culture, and tons of young people flocking to this up and coming area, the brand for Persea had to be unique, comfortable, with a nod to history, and ultimately a place we wanted to live.
