STEPHANIE WILLS, PRINCIPAL & SHAREHOLDER

Utilizing her strong relationships within the design industry that she has built over her 25 years at RSM Design, Stephanie’s strong leadership skills facilitates great communication with our clients. As a principal and lead of our business development team, Stephanie is involved in all facets of a project’s growth from the initial client connection, to fostering the project development and team integration. Stephanie’s client interface is pivotal in creating long lasting client relationships, ensuring that the integrity of each project’s vision is achieved.

STEVE LUOMA, ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

As lead of the brand studio at RSM Design, Steve guides clients and our team through the strategic and creative branding process with passion and dedication. He brings to the team over 20 years of experience in crafting memorable brands, ranging from packaging, collateral, copywriting, and typography to branding for the built environment. His global perspective, bespoke process, and attention to detail is thoughtfully integrated into every brand he crafts, utilizing a synergistic approach to design that is valued by both his colleagues and clients.
