Rodeo 39

RSM Design teamed with Frontier Real Estate Investments to develop the naming, logo and brand character for a dynamic new market hall with a mix of food and beverage tenants, a brewery, a flower shop and a tattoo parlor. The “Rodeo” name is intended to invoke the excitement and vibrancy that this project radiates, with “39” representing the location and state route number.

The exterior murals, designed and installed in house by RSM Design, consist of three pieces of art that span over 2,500 sq ft of wallspace. When designing the signage and graphics for Rodeo 39, the design team faced a challenge that ultimately pushed their creativity further than imagined. With the Stanton sign code being strict on size and quantity, RSM Design proposed using large wall mural installations as primary wayfinding elements. The goal of this concept was to create visual landmarks as well as beautify the neighborhood at the same time.

Inside of the Rodeo39 Foodhall, the design team at RSM also worked to create the brand, logo, and signage and environmental graphics for Bearded Tang Brewery. A bold brand that captures a laidback spirit and enticing atmosphere, the brand is seamlessly woven into the Stanton dining experience. RSM Design also worked to create the specialty beer can designs for the brewery.
