San Ysidro Port of Entry Case Study

The goal was to reduce friction in the space — to move high volumes of people with simplicity and clarity. RSM Design worked with U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), local agencies, and community advocates to create a set of signage and wayfinding guidelines.

Client

  • GSA (General Services Administration) Pacific Rim Region
The final guidelines are published on the GSA website to serve as replicable guide for other jurisdictions to use and implement. Visit the GSA website to view the PDF here.
